It can help us to face the challenges of ill health and can assist with the management of many kinds of physical and psychological problem, including arthritis, back pain, depression, loss of balance and many others. PREGNANCY YOGA THURS 7.15-8.45 pm (Belfast) PREGNACY YOGA classes are suitable for both beginners to yoga and experienced practitioners. In my Birthlight inspired yoga classes the emphasis is placed on women coming together in a safe, supportive space, where the need for self- nurture, bonding with baby, along with shared joys and anxieties are all central to the yoga sessions. Birth preparation is interwoven. Regular practice of yoga during your pregnancy helps to: • connect with your baby • relieve stress, anxiety and tension • boost energy levels • alleviate many pregnancy discomforts • relax the body and mind • promote restful sleep • develop your confidence for labour and birth YOGA FOR HEALTHY LOWER BACK COURSE 1:1 sessions available This is a simple, gentle and effective (medically trialled) yoga programme is enjoyable, uncomplicated and suitable for beginners. It is specialised yoga, run as a small group, weekly classes are taught over 12-week course that motivate and teach you to improve your health for the long-term.
