First of all… You’re not imagining this.
You get to bed thinking “Wow… today was good!”
You moved more.
You laughed.
You felt almost normal.
Then the next morning you wake up in pain.
Out of nowhere.
So your brain immediately goes to:
“I overdid it.”
“I’ve set myself back.”
“I knew it was too good to last.”
But here’s the part no one explains:
A good day doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong.
And a spike doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.
Sometimes your nervous system just needs time to recalibrate after feeling safe, open, or active.
That delayed spike?
It’s common.
It’s confusing.
And it doesn’t mean damage.
Drop a 🤍 if this happens to you.
