💥My best tip💥
I have been a physio for 35 years now. In that time many treatments have come & gone, exercise prescription has greatly changed, BUT the one thing that has(& never will change) is that if you don’t listen to your body-your body will win.

Please don’t ignore pain.

So today I’m getting my steps up in a different way-celebrating my husbands birthday by taking him to Silverstone Festival -cars are not really my thing but definitely his so it’s been great seeing him enjoy all things car(& in fairness it is actually a really well run event 😊).
Also makes you think-in this sport, the attention to detail is impeccable & it wouldn’t even come into their thinking to put anything less than the absolute best of fuel into these cars as they know how much their performance would be negatively impacted.
How intentional are we about how we treat our bodies & the fuel we consume-surely we are so much more precious than these race cars 🤔🤔🤔
