Last week Student Wellbeing held a women's health event for AHSS students to explore the intersection of women's health and empowerment through physical activity. A key focus of the event was how understanding the menstrual cycle and engaging in boxing can help women take better care of their bodies, boost confidence and improve strength and wellness. Thank you to Paddy Barnes and Sam McCormick for facilitating this. The event ended with relaxation techniques from Wellbeing Adviser, Tara Cruickshank.
