I first started working with David in February

After seeing some incredible results from our online group last month, we are going to open the doors to a few more people for another month

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ We give access to our simple yet brilliantly effective Nutrition programming - We'll show how much and when to eat to achieve amazing results so there's never any guess work needed

Not knocking the scale, but thereโ€™s a lot of other MAJOR advantages to working out.

How you monitor progress can be done any of these ten ways and, honestly, theyโ€™re all really important.

So, donโ€™t get down if the scale isnโ€™t changing. As long as youโ€™re getting stronger, feeling more confident, and daily life activities are getting easier, youโ€™re making amazing progress. Keep it up!

Everybody struggles with workouts. Itโ€™s impossible to be perfect.

What matters is that you find the right program for you, trust it, and stay consistent.

If one day you donโ€™t feel great, donโ€™t get down.

Instead, celebrate that you got it done.

Then get back the next day.
Aim for consistency.

Erin came for a trial session and never looked back! She loved us so much she cancelled her gym membership and is now very much part of the eat, sleep team!

Erin shows up to every class with a smile and masses of enthusiasm.. no matter what we throw at her (balls, skipping ropes and many more objects ๐Ÿ˜‚) she gives it 110%

Erin loved our skipfit so much she went and bought her own rope to practice at home... skipping is loads of fun and harder than it looks!
