Today we were again joined by the Pride of the Hill band for Parkmanor's annual 12th of July celebrations 😎

Thank you to the lads who gave our residents a great show and thank you to Mother Nature for keeping the rain away for a few hours!

Thank you to all staff & residents for getting involved in our annual sports day – As you can see, it’s a day that means a lot to us 😅

From egg-and-spoon sprints to wheelchair racing and javelin, the competitive spirit was alive and well 🏆🎈💪

Laughter, cheers and a few (questionable) tactics made for an unforgettable day!

Congratulations to all the winners – and to everyone who gave it their all. You’re all champions in our eyes.🥇❤️

A little reminder that tomorrow is Sports Day 😉 one of the best days of the year

Get your gym gear on and head over to Parkmanor for 11am when the fun will begin

Everyone is welcome it's sure to be a mighty fun day
Kicking of at 11am with sports day activities, BBQ for lunch followed by our favourite DJ Joe who will be pumping the tunes and carrying us into the afternoon 🎉😁🌞

The question is what floor will be the overall winners 🏆

Our residents took some quiet time for prayer and reflection this week with two trips to Clonard Monastry for their annual Clonard Solemn Novena, where we lit candles for loved ones and wrote our special intentions.

We finished our trip with a walk around their stunning gardens 💐

A warm thank you to the hosts and eucharistic ministers for looking after us so well!

What a scorcher of a day it was for us to kick off the famous Parkmanor summer season with our all day Splash Into Summer Party! 🌊

This morning we were joined by the Colin Ukelele Band courtesy of Colin Neighbourhood Partnership and Colin Men's Shed for a fantastically fun music session 🎸

Then, kicking off after lunch, the one and only DJ Joe led an afternoon of dancing and boogying in the hot sunshine 🌞

A massive thank you to Linhol Lisburn who kindly offered a pamper session for some of our fabulous ladies today 😁

Summer feet at the ready after a wonderful pedicure, made even better when the tea and buns came out 😁

Our ladies had the best day with the kindness and professionalism given to them from all the staff

Thank you so much for your generosity you made 3 ladies very happy 😊
