Behind my 2 daughters is a momma that never gave up stood tall & strong through everything life threw at her this far .. They’ll never be moulded to fit in a box like others or to dim their light just so they can sit there for a bit , they’ll be unapologetically themselves with manners , morals and respect for others to .. I am the women that I birthed them & gave life to 💫

I’ll be their biggest cheer leader to always stand tall & strong within themselves for what’s Right
Be kind to YOU & YOU are enough xx

Extra Yoga classes with me this week .belfast
No with it being Summer holiday time

Now that I am no longer owner of my coffee shop …

Taking Summer off the pedal a bit … but giving me more space and time not only to spend with my family but to plan & to bring back to life more classes taking up in spaces and places available to anyone not just membership based .. It’s been lovely to hear how missed I have been with our Yogi community of Belfast these past few years .

From Pre School To SEAG Results end of Primary school

She has did nothing but her up most Best to strive and be the best version of herself with Covid & the likes throwing in her way …it didn’t stop her to find herself & grow 🫶🏻

She’s only went & literally smashed her SEAG Results 🎉❤️
We are so proud of her .

Doesn’t Define her or her future , I didn’t pass my 11Plus & now run multiple successful businesses … I think I did alright

Life is what you make it of it … not the hand you’ve been dealt
Life is like a game , you need to know & learn how to play it for YOU in your terms xx
