They’ll never be moulded to fit in a box like others or to dim their light just so they can sit there for a bit , they’ll be unapologetically themselves with manners , morals and respect for others to .. I am the women that I birthed them & gave life to 💫

I’ll be their biggest cheer leader to always stand tall & strong within themselves for what’s Right

Extra Yoga classes with me this week .belfast
No with it being Summer holiday time

Now that I am no longer owner of my coffee shop …

Taking Summer off the pedal a bit … but giving me more space and time not only to spend with my family but to plan & to bring back to life more classes taking up in spaces and places available to anyone not just membership based .. It’s been lovely to hear how missed I have been with our Yogi community of Belfast these past few years .
