Best, Francis (Frankie) passed away 17th December 2025 peacefully in hospital, late of 168 Limestone Road, Belfast. Beloved husband of Gillian, loving dad of Stewart, devoted brother of Lillian, Robert, Billy and the late Andrew, beloved son of the late May and Andy, dear uncle and great uncle. Prayers will be held in his late home on Wednesday 24th December 2025 at 8-30am followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium, 582 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey at 10.00am. As the year draws to a close, it’s common to think of the people who are special to us – especially those we've lost. That’s why we’ve chosen to take part in Light a Candle.

From 15 to 21 December we’ll be posting digital candles in memory of those who can’t be with us during the festive season. If you’d like to create a virtual candle, please click the following link where you can choose a design and write a short message to a loved one.

We’re pleased to announce the return of Light a Candle this Christmas!

Taking part in this Christmas’s Light a Candle gives you the opportunity to create online memorials throughout the festive period.

Christmas is a special time to celebrate with family and friends, and our virtual candles are a thoughtful way to pay tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.

Coutts, Stewart passed away 7th December 2025 peacefully at his late home, 25 Abbey Crescent, Newtownabbey. Beloved husband of the late Jean, much loved father of Jenny, dear granda to Erin and Grace. A Service of Thanksgiving for Stewart's life will be held in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium, 582 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey on Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 1-00pm. Family flowers only please. Martin, Louise Ellen passed away 2nd December 2025 sadly at home in her sleep. Loving wife of the late Thomas Davidson, together again. Much loved mother of Kelly, Nicola, Laura, Samantha and Danielle, we love you too much. Devoted nanny of Thomas, Lucas, Ryan, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Oliver, Jaxton, Leo, Dylan, Darcy and Baby Archie, we love you lots, like Jelly Tots. Funeral service will be held in her late home, 143 York Park, Belfast on Monday 8th December 2025 at 12-45pm followed by committal in Carnmoney Cemetery Main. Will be loved and missed by her entire family circle and Lady, her beloved dog. At rest.

Templeton, Mabel (née Ferguson) passed away 23rd November 2025. Beloved wife of the late Hugh, much loved mum of Heather and Karen and mother-in-law of James. A loving grandmother to Lee, William, Dawn, Jonathan and Chelsea. Also a great grandmother and great-great grandmother. A Service of Thanksgiving for Mabel's life will be held in Wrays Funeral Home, 558-564 Shore Road, Belfast on Friday 28th November 2025 at 2-45pm with committal afterwards in Roselawn Crematorium at 4-00pm. Deeply regretted by the entire family circle. Peace is yours, memories ours.

Henry, Joseph (Joe) Paul died 16th November 2025 at hospital, late of 42 Queens Park, Glengormley. Loving husband of Elaine, much loved dad of Dean and Kyle. House private until Thursday morning please. A short service will be held in his late home on Friday 21st November 2025 at 2-00pm followed by a Funeral Service in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium, 582 Doagh Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 5BU at 3-00pm. Much loved wife of Brian, beloved mum of Lee, Linzi and partner Sam, Marc and wife Danielle, loving granny of Jordan, Brianna, Emma, Harley and Cory. Joanne will be leaving her daughters house, 26 Glenrosa Link, Belfast, on Thursday 13th November 2025 at 10-50am for a Service of Thanksgiving at Roselawn Crematorium at 12 noon. Joanne's family have asked that bright colours are be worn. Family flowers only please.
