Important Update on Gift Vouchers
After much thought and with a heavy heart, I’ve made the decision to stop offering Gift Vouchers. This hasn’t been an easy choice, as 9 out of 10 times, vouchers are used exactly as intended—bringing joy and relaxation to the recipient.
However, there’s a growing pattern that’s become impossible to ignore. We’re seeing an increasing number of gift voucher bookings where appointments are no-showed, cancelled last minute, or rescheduled multiple times again last minute—sometimes up to five times. These appointments still take up space in the diary, staff are still paid for their time, and there’s often a frustrating back-and-forth trying to accommodate changes. Despite this, some still feel entitled to rebook again and again.
I’ve always tried to be flexible—life happens, and I understand that. But this isn’t about genuine, unavoidable change. This is about repeat misuse that drains time, energy, and money—none of which are infinite resources.
So while it’s disappointing, this change is needed to protect the integrity of our service, the energy of our team, and the availability for clients who value their appointments.

I also understand how many of our clients value our gift vouchers and will be disheartened by this, but please don't worry!. A gift appointment can still be booked and paid for for your loved ones ❤️
