Tomorrow marks 10 years of Locate a Locum and a decade of supporting the healthcare workforce.

When the company was founded in 2016, the goal was simple: make it easier for healthcare organisations to connect with trusted locum professionals.

Since then the healthcare workforce has continued to evolve, with flexible working becoming increasingly important for both professionals and organisations.

It's been a busy and productive September for our team! We're proud to have represented our company at three industry events, connecting with professionals and gathering valuable insights.

Eyecare Birmingham: Sam Geddis had a fantastic time exhibiting and networking with locum professionals and other leaders in the eyecare industry. The event provided a great opportunity to get valuable, firsthand feedback on our platform, reinforcing our commitment to building solutions that make a real difference.

Scottish Pharmacy Show: Rory Cubbon and Lee McKinney, had a successful time connecting with locum pharmacists and pharmacy owners. They not only received great feedback from current users but also had engaging conversations with new prospects, showcasing how our platform can support their work.

Independent Pharmacies Association (IPA) September Conference: Thomas Claude attended the IPA September Conference, where he networked with industry peers and exchanged insights on the latest trends impacting the pharmacy sector.

News | Belfast-based software firm Locate a Locum has secured a 3-year contract with Well Pharmacy 👏

Its software helps over 8,000 pharmacies across the UK to find temporary pharmacists at short notice.

💡 We’ve worked with Locate a Locum since 2016, providing R&D support to help it develop its software and integrate AI.

👥 We’ve also helped the company to expand by creating 14 new jobs last year.

📈 Our support has been key in helping it to expand its customer base and secure new business in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
