The Physio Group is a Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic first opened in 2005 in Newry at 37 Kilmorey Street.
The original name of the Clinic was “The Newry Clinic for Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries”. It quickly established itself as one of the leading musculoskeletal private practices in the area. Due to a growing client base, a clinic was opened in the heart of Belfast City Centre ( Alexander House, 17 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8FE). Initially to service existing Newry clients studying or working in Belfast City Centre. However, it has quickly established itself locally due to its easy accessibility to local office workers. A further clinic has since opened in Newcastle ( 1 Shimna Road, Newcastle, Co. Down, BT33 0AS). Clients from the surrounding area can easily access this purpose built clinic.
The Physio Group has 3 partners, Frank Quinn, Kieran Murray and Stephen Brannigan who are highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapists. They have previously worked in the English Premier League ( Birmingham City and Sunderland AFC). Rugby League ( Gateshead Thunder). Inter-County Level Gaelic Football with Down and Antrim GAA both men and women. As well as women’s MMA fighter Leah McCourt.
The vision of the clinic is to lead the way by consistently delivering the best musculoskeletal experience available.
