If an appointment goes unfilled or missed, our dentists and hygienists don’t get paid and it can be detrimental to our practice.
With 48 hours’ notice, we can offer that time to another patient and avoid applying a missed appointment fee (which we never enjoy doing).

A recent patient story has reminded us all just how powerful a routine dental check-up can be. This is shared with the patients request and with their consent.

What was meant to be a standard appointment led to the early detection of a rare cancer—caught before it could spread. Because it was found so early, treatment could begin immediately, with the best possible outlook.
