As the colder months set in, taking care of your wellbeing becomes even more important. Small, steady actions can help you stay grounded, supported, and connected through winter.
Here are a few simple ways to look after yourself:
• Make time for rest and routine
• Stay connected with friends, family, or support networks
• Get daylight when you can and keep moving in ways that feel good
• Reach out if you’re struggling, support is always available
• Take small steps toward your goals, even on difficult days
If you or someone you know needs support with addiction, gambling harm, or emotional wellbeing, we’re here to help.

Our Conversation Café was full of festive cheer this week as we created beautiful Christmas frames. A lovely mix of creativity, connection, and calm which is welcomed at this time of year.

A huge thankyou to Therapies at home who treated us to taster sessions of complementary therapies, from Indian head massage and reflexology to Bach flower remedies and grounding roller-ball essential oils which was really welcomed
