Is there a secret to bigger arms? Yea there is train them more, recover and eat well. For the majority of people their weekly visit to the gym consists of a fully body workout which is fantastic btw I am all for that but in the context of getting one particular muscle group bigger. It’s simple you must work it more often.

Couples that train together don’t just look better…
they stay together longer.

There’s real science behind it —
shared workouts = stronger relationships, better health, longer lives.

Same goals. Same grind. Same energy.

Built for Life.
You’ll hear us say it a lot — and here’s why.

Anyone can sell a quick fix. Four weeks, a few sweaty selfies, a number on the scales goes down… and then what?
The routine disappears, the habits fade, and you’re back to square one (usually with less motivation and tighter jeans).

That’s not us.

We believe in building strong, healthy bodies for life. The kind that still move well, lift well, and show up — long after the novelty wears off. The kind where at 70, you’re still chasing grandchildren… or casually lifting more than people half your age.

Don’t believe us?
Ask some of our senior members. They’ll give most people in their 30s a very uncomfortable reality check — and probably beat them in the workout too.

No gimmicks. No shortcuts.
Just real strength, real fitness, built for life.

If motivation was enough, everyone would be fit.
Progress comes from systems, structure, and support.
That’s what we build at Exsto.
👉 Do you rely on motivation… or do you have a system?

Chest day done right. 💪

You’ll see a lot of pressing in this clip — and there’s a reason we programme these movements regularly at Exsto Gym 👇

• Build real upper-body strength – presses train the chest, shoulders and triceps together, making them some of the most effective compound lifts.
• Carryover to everyday life & sport – pushing strength matters for everything from rugby tackles to pushing sleds or even just moving better day-to-day.
• Improved posture & balance – when trained properly (with good coaching), chest work supports shoulder stability rather than wrecking it.
• Confidence boost – there’s something powerful about getting stronger under the bar. Strength changes how you move, stand and show up.

Chest workouts aren’t about ego lifting.
They’re about progression, control, and doing the basics really well.

Strong foundations. Strong people.
