If you say YES to something you don’t even want, you’re automatically saying NO to something you *might* want later.⁣

And that’s the REAL reason so many busy men sabotage their fat-loss progress.⁣

You don’t need more rules.⁣
You don’t need more willpower.⁣
You don’t need to “be good.”⁣

You need to start making **intentional YES’s**.⁣

Because every YES has a cost:⁣
