Stop hiding behind that lifting belt.⁣

If you’re new to lifting, you don’t need one. What you do need is time under the bar, building real strength and movement awareness in your big lifts.⁣

Yet I still see guys strapping up for bicep curls, bench press warmups, even just walking around the gym floor. What’s next—wearing it to take a sh*t?⁣

Here’s the truth: relying on a belt too soon cheats you out of building the core strength you actually need. That weakness will come back to bite you later—with injuries, plateaus, and wasted time.⁣

Belts aren’t the enemy—they have their place. I use mine too, but only when I’m pushing my heaviest lifts.⁣

Your sessions should be about building strength, not testing it every single time you step in the gym. Nothing derails progress like a blown-out back or herniated disc.⁣

Build your body the right way. Earn the belt first.⁣
