Body Palm and Sole is a Belfast based, holistic body therapy business owned by Amanda Shields Nieuwoudt. Born in South Africa to British parents, with roots in Northern Ireland. I lived, qualified & worked in salons in beauty & body therapy in NZ in 2007. I currently do Swedish massage, Reflexology & Hot stone massage from room 10 at Mount Lennox House, 683 Antrim rd, Belfast, BT154EG Thursday-Saturday every week. I hope to offer the following treatments soon: Pregnant & Baby massage, Holistic Nutrition, Aromatherapy & Lymphatic Drainage. I am passionate about helping everyone have the opportunity to treat themselves to: a massage treatment at affordable prices & a place where inner & outer body is balanced & relaxed.
