Here is my young client mason, a 16 year old who has been suffering with scoliosis of the spine. โฃ

Something that is not fixable apparently unless you undergo invasive spinal surgery ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ.โฃ

Not only does scoliosis look bad and affect the overall movement of a persons spine, it can also cause tremendous pain / discomfort.โฃ

This can then make alot of lifeโ€™s simple tasks like just getting around on a daily basis very difficult. โฃ

Lucky for me Mason has been working hard at his homework all summer which just makes my job so much easier. โฃ

Itโ€™s not about the music a lot of the time, itโ€™s about who you are with and the crowd, for some reason this closing party trip was special.

Itโ€™s one of the those places that never gets boring and everytime you go back, you learn to do it a little better.

Absolute please to have come onboard

Caolรกn is a professional fighter . Heโ€™s an up and coming star on his way to the top so Iโ€™m excited as f**k to get working with him.

We had a cracking chat last week after discussing his movement assessment and the areas that he can improve on.

Those 1% gains that make a whole lot of difference.

Training with Movement Evolution will massively help improve his strength & mobility thus proving more stability and more importantly MORE movement options in the cage.

More movements options could be escaping a submission or having the dexterity to get into a position and finish one.

I could be that extra bit or range that helps you slip and shot and land one of your own.

If could be landing that head kick instead of falling on your arse.

And of course if you move better you have a far greater chance of mitigating injury, which helps a fighters no.1 goal, to stay fight ready and not have a niggle or injury prevent them competing.

I know who Ryan is as a talented athlete / mma fighter, but Iโ€™d never had the pleasure of meeting him in person. โฃ

I only met him last week for the first time in hospital and already he was in the gym today for his first session, what a guy!โฃ

He truly is inspiring with his determination and positive mental attitude when most would be complaining and feeling sorry for themselves. โฃ

He is literally working his ass off with a laser focus on what has to be done and where heโ€™s going. โฃ
