‘They didn’t think I’d survive. I recorded a goodbye message to my family’.

Weighing more than 34st (215.9kg), Kenny was in a supermarket with his daughter when he suddenly collapsed – and was placed on a ‘do not resuscitate’ order by doctors. But he fought back 🏆.

With unstoppable determination and invaluable support from his Consultant and friends, Kenny lost an incredible 22st (139.7kg) and has now been crowned Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2025 🙌.

From fearing for his life to finally living it to the fullest, Kenny is proof that it’s never too late to take those first steps 💫.

Meet our gorgeously wonderful Target Member Wendy. This wonderful woman is a member of my Saturday group and has lost over 5 stone following the Slimming World plan 👏

Wendy's health and well being has vastly improved after shedding the unwanted pounds. And last year she took part in the Race for Life with other members of our group in memory of her brother 💞

I am so proud of Wendy and all that she has achieved. No matter what Life has thrown at her, she has always made to group and get the help and support she needed. And she has made many new friendships along the way 😍
