Meditation is the practice of staying present, but for many of us it can be hard to set the time aside because we think we're too busy or we don't like sitting still - familiar?
Just this week I've started offering my first package of meditation sessions in the workplace and so far they've been very well received, with some people so relaxed they even fall asleep!
What's most important here, is to see the demand for yoga and meditation grow, as those responsible employers create a healthy work environment for staff.
Not only are companies reaping the benefits financially, they're also providing an option for people in Northern Ireland to take positive action towards investing in their physical and emotional health.
And I think that's what we all need right now, don't you?
