Another difficult time of year for some, but as we go forward ..... let go of what no longer serves you..... live in the present...we cant change the past but the future is a clean page just dont think too far ahead. Do a random act of kindness... for yourself!

Today is su***de prevention day. Its ok to not be ok, but ur loved ones would rather you lifted the phone than not be here. You arr not burdening them. If you dont want to talk to them try Mind, Samaritans and NHS24 amongst others. Always someone to listen x

Can I politely ask, if you need reschedule a session that 48 hrs notice is provided for counselling sessions.
Failure to provide 24 hrs or 48 hrs notice depending on your EAP, will be classed as did not attend, and the session will come off allocation.
The EAP have now advised no delaying sessions over a long period. It is a brief intervention, solution focused service, unless you are having private sessions.

Any questions please text or email. Im often with clients and will respond asap.

There has been an increase in late cancellations for non emergency reasons. I am self employed and this impacts me. Emergencies happen I understand, If no reply after 2x contact or no physical reason to not attend, referral will be closed.
