"I am a mother to 4 daughters and 4 grandchildren! I have also been a nurse for 40 years. I have worked in a huge variety of settings, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience along the way."
Twenty years ago, I took the leap into management in the private sector and have never looked back.
"Previously, I worked in an operational role supporting 27 care homes across England and Scotland. There, I developed multi-site experience and excellent interpersonal skills during my 19 years."
"For the latter 11 years, I managed a home supporting people with complex mental health problems. After the loss of my husband, I decided to refocus and do something for me."
"I joined Morar Living Group as the commissioning manager of Kingfisher Manor, Pagham. Since then, I have become part of a friendly, welcoming, and inspirational family of supportive and caring teams at all levels."
