🌿 Get outside – Even a 10-minute walk in nature, breathing in fresh air and looking at greenery, can lower stress levels instantly.

🧘 Move your body gently – Stretch, do some yoga, or just dance to your favourite songs. Movement releases feel-good hormones that help you relax.
