I’m running a free online workshop next week called Intro to Keto: What You Really Need to Know. It’s for women who are feeling a bit stuck with energy, weight, cravings - all that fun midlife stuff -and are curious about whether keto might help.

There’s so much confusion out there, and honestly, most of it is nonsense. So I’m just going to explain what it actually is, how it works, and how to try it in a way that’s simple, realistic and safe. No pressure, no hard sell, just real food and honest answers.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to be part of an insightful discussion at LPC alongside Dr Hayley Ponsford, where we focused on ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). Christmas is a time that is busy, sometimes with very little sleep and lots of stress.

We need all the help we can get, right?

I often get asked if I follow a ketogenic diet myself.

Yes I do 🤩

I cycle it and use it as my hidden superpower.

I get myself into ketosis when have important things to manage and need to have lots of energy but also stay calm. It's great for confrences, Christmas and long-distance travel.
