Our lovely chef Carl has been busy in the kitchen again -see below !

Pork steak braised with onions and served with apple sauce and
sage and onion stuffing creamed potatoes carrots sprouts and garden peas with a rich gravy

Breaded scampi with lemon wedge tartare sauce chipped potatoes and green peas

Sticky toffee pudding and rice pudding

Fruit cake and cupcakes for tea
