Lizzy Gilbertson-White Psychotherapy Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable.

Lizzy has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Counselling and Therapies as well as a three year Master of Science in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. She also completed Cruse Bereavement Care’s awareness in bereavement course. She is continually attend further training sessions that improve my skills and refresh my expertise. These include, but are not limited to, relationship couns

elling, couples counselling, sudden and traumatic death and mindfulness. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice and Professional Conduct Procedure. Lizzy is an integrative therapist which means she has been trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, and as such will be able to use the most appropriate approach for your needs at any one time. Lizzy specialises in bereavement, pre-bereavement, bereavement of a pet, relationship problems, family counselling and couples counselling. She is trained in a variety of issues. This allows her to specialise but also address other issues that come along as well. These issues include, but are not limited to:

- Trauma
- Stress
- Self-harm
