Simply Yoga Yoga classes in Belper Hi, I am Suzy. I have been practicing yoga since I was 16 years old. In 2018 I also qualified as a pregnancy yoga teacher.

I was a gymnast as a child and loved moving my body and yoga seemed like a natural progression from there. The flowing gentle movement, getting to know your body was important as a young person. Now, after 30 years of regular yoga practice this has become more important to me and I would like to share this with you. I am a graduate of Bahia yoga school, graduating in 2015 I have been teaching ever since. So SIMPLY YOGA is just that. No gimmicks, no fancy new styles, no corporate branding it is simple yoga suitable for everyone. A perfect start on your yoga journey, wherever that may take you. Gentle, simple, strong movements and postures. Introducing meditation and breathing exercises. Perfect for everyone, everybody of any shape of size for any time of life. I am currently offering monthly Sunday morning sessions. Workshops will commence again shortly.

Thursday 4th: Contemplation and Meditation Evening.

Friends. Our chapel member, Suzy, will be leading our meditative and contemplation gathering on Thursday 4th at 7pm on the loving kindness meditation practice along with gentle meditative practices to complement this so you may be restored in body and spirit.

Having a little break away before my next offering in September. I am going to make it a gentle restorative 😴practice.

Whilst having my morning tea 🫖 listening to the radio in this mid summer sunshine. An interview came up about the British Antartic Survey🥶 and it's their longest night 🌙. I'm rubbish at promoting my lovely little yoga classes so didn't manage to group photos. I did ,however, take this gorgeous photo of the sunset this evening. I think we all enjoyed this evening's outdoor session. Always such a treat.

Staying at Tannenbaum Glamping and Campsite Derbyshire tonight it's so peaceful. Listening to the sky larks, watching kestrels and having my last cup of tea of the day.

Taking stock of the year so far and waiting for the turn of the wheel into the next part of the celestial year.
