My Story
Hi my name is Caroline and I am a 200hr registered yoga teacher.
As a life long sufferer of anxiety and depression I turned to yoga and was completely shocked by the positive effect the practice had on my mental health as well as my physical wellbeing. I very quickly knew I would like to become a yoga teacher so I could share all the benefits with others.
My classes are designed to help mobilise and strengthen the body whilst finding that inner calm and clarity we need in this stressful world.
I prefer to teach smaller groups which I find enables me to give more attention to each student and really builds trust and confidence.
I completely understand what it is like to feel daunted by a class setting (I've been there myself! ) and I try to promote a caring and nurturing environment for students whilst keeping the atmosphere relaxed and even fun!
My classes are aimed at all abilities so beginners are always welcome, we all begin our journey somewhere and I look forward to sharing that journey with you 💛
