I'm sharing my " Gardeners Pose " again as it completely saved my poor body last night after a full day digging and weeding.

It saved my lower back, it saved my hips, glutes, shoulders and neck. Just 10 minutes in this pose switching legs halfway 👌

Full disclosure - it didn't save the blisters on my hands but otherwise I'd give it 10/10 👍

I've just uploaded a new/old class to my YouTube channel.

Facebook wants me to download my lives before they're deleted and there's some great classes, some of which I'll be sharing on my channel.

IT'S OK TO WALK AWAY!

Every morning I pull 3 cards, the first is the energy of the Day. Today a pulled the 8 of Cups which represents a period of change, introspection, and the need to let go of old patterns and attachments to make way for new opportunities and deeper meaning. It suggests a realisation that current circumstances are no longer serving your growth or happiness and a decision to move away from the familiar towards a more fulfilling path. 

This couldn't be more accurate right now.
Only my email community and private Facebook group know this but I quietly closed the doors to the Warrior Women Tribe.

I had a very clear vision of what I wanted the Tribe to be and after a year of not achieving that I changed things up because I felt I was giving too much of my energy to something people were not interested in - although I couldn't understand why.

Long story short, after almost another year I made my peace with it and decided to let it go - with love and gratitude for the lessons I learned.

I let it go to make space for something that feels even more aligned that's coming in autumn and I really think you'll love it as much as I do so keep an eye out for it 👀.

In the meantime I have quite an extensive video library just sitting there so if you'd like full access until August 31st you can do so for a one off payment of £27 for 3 months access.

I don't know about you but I'm so sick of hearing " feel the fear and do it anyway". It's absolute b*llocks - hear me out.

I was listening to a podcast in the shower this morning and the host had said this and other platitudes like "embrace the fear", "own the fear, don't let it own you", " each time you do the scary thing it gets easier".

Well that may work for some people but can 100% tell you it doesn't work for me and if you're still reading I'm betting it doesn't work for you either.

I read somewhere that if you listen to positive affirmations for 90 days it will rewire your brain to be more positive.
I also read that if you listen to your own voice saying the affirmations it's even more powerful so I recorded my own which I'm now sharing on my YouTube channel. I have now listened to this recording over 100 times, I keep my earbuds by my bed and put it on as soon as I wake up and I can honestly say it has changed so much in life.
I always feel much more positive about the day ahead even when it's one I'm dreading and I've found I'm much more tolerant than I was, I'm able to keep some of my thoughts in my head rather than blurting them out - which if you know me personally you'll know if it enters my head it's coming out of my mouth 😂 I'm very aware of how direct I can be and I never intend to be blunt but it just comes out before I have chance to process the thought and maybe rephrase it.
I feel much more confident in myself and I've completely stopped caring about how my body looks, I'm 48, perimenopausal and I had a baby at 36. I've never really worn revealing clothes or intend to and I've also never had ANYONE say to me any of the things I was saying to myself. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin, so what if some of it has marks where it stretched to grow another human, people say it all the time but yes I can look at them now with kindness and a happy memory of when I was so excited to meet my beautiful daughter.
Listen to the recording or not, make your own, but imagine how you could feel about yourself after just listening for 5 minutes whilst you're making your morning brew or washing the pots 💖

My Story

Hi my name is Caroline and I am a 200hr registered yoga teacher.

As a life long sufferer of anxiety and depression I turned to yoga and was completely shocked by the positive effect the practice had on my mental health as well as my physical wellbeing. I very quickly knew I would like to become a yoga teacher so I could share all the benefits with others.

My classes are designed to help mobilise and strengthen the body whilst finding that inner calm and clarity we need in this stressful world. I prefer to teach smaller groups which I find enables me to give more attention to each student and really builds trust and confidence. I completely understand what it is like to feel daunted by a class setting (I've been there myself! ) and I try to promote a caring and nurturing environment for students whilst keeping the atmosphere relaxed and even fun! My classes are aimed at all abilities so beginners are always welcome, we all begin our journey somewhere and I look forward to sharing that journey with you 💛
