You donât always need a full reset.
Sometimes you just need to step outside and look at the horizon.
Todayâs walk reminded me how powerful that is.
When youâre in perimenopause or menopause, your world can start to feel small. Busy mind. Overwhelm. Poor sleep. Low mood.
Nature gently pulls you out of that.
đż Looking into the distance helps calm your nervous system
đż Natural light supports your sleep and energy
đż Fresh air and movement reduce stress and tension
đż Open space gives your mind room to breathe
Even 10 minutes can shift how you feel.
You donât need a big plan.
Just step outside. Lift your gaze. Let your shoulders drop.
Let nature do some of the work for you.
Next time you feel wired, anxious or flat, try this:
Go outside, stand still, and spend a few minutes looking as far as you can. Notice what changes in your body.
