You start saying "it's okay"when it's not.

You start laughing off hurtful comments.

It’s not your fault- powerful words every traumatised person needs to hear, understand and more importantly believe ❀️

In this scene, the therapist (Robin Williams) enables the client (Matt Damon) to confront and release deep-seated emotions related to his childhood abuse. This emotional release is a crucial step in his healing journey, allowing him to process and begin to resolve his emotional pain.

Super happy to have received 2 more back to back 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reviews of our new business Airbnb / therapeutic retreat in Belper. 2 families enjoying quality time together and absolutely loving the house and Belper. The last family were from Canada and stayed for a week and is planning to return to us in September.
