I am a fully qualified British Wheel of Yoga instructor and Level 3 Pilates teacher. My classes suit all levels and build power,strength and flexibility. Yoga provides a holistic approach to body mind and spirit. Abi says “I’ve been teaching movement for over a decade, starting in yoga before diving into Pilates as my love for mobility, strength and functional movement grew. My dance background brings flow and body awareness into everything I teach.

My reformer classes are welcoming, clear and supportive, with cues that help you understand why you’re doing each move so you can build strength, stability and confidence beyond the studio.
