Throwback Tuesday 💜

Last week, we held a beautiful pebble painting workshop at Riverside Garden in Belper as part of a creative art therapy session.

Participants expressed their feelings by painting on pebble stones, then releasing them into the river—symbolically letting go of past emotions. 🌊

A truly calming and meaningful experience for all involved.
