The Elms is a delightful character residence located in the beautiful village of Bembridge on the most easterly point of the Island, often thought of as the largest village in the UK. The Elms is a wonderful Edwardian property with a purpose-built wing, that was originally adapted from a former hotel, that provides a warm and comfortable environment for residents. Our fully trained, caring, and compassionate team has created an exceptional nursing and residential home on the Island, equipped with 48 bedrooms, a large car park, and a beautiful central courtyard garden and patio.

We’ve had another lovely busy day, here at The Elms!

We celebrated our lovely Alan’s 91st birthday! 🎉🥳

Val played bingo this morning with our residents…….
This afternoon we had a really fun singalong in the lounge, wearing silly hats and waving pom poms!
And to follow, the residents chose to watch stardust in the lounge 🎬

What a busy day we’ve had here at The Elms!

We celebrated Linda‘s birthday 🥳 And also our fabulous senior Rumbie 😊🥳
We were visited by the lovely Noodle the Poodle! We then played some games in the lounge…… 🎲🎲
This afternoon we had a pamper in the lounge, whilst watching Bridget Jones Diary 🎬

Hello everyone!

After a very busy week preparing for our Bonfire Night earlier in the week we decided to take it easy today.

Good morning everyone!
What a fantastic evening we had here at The Elms!!! 🎇🎇

We enjoyed a procession of Guy Fawkes, a spectacular firework show! And of course enjoyed lots of lovely food, and hot chocolate 🌭🧁☕️
Thank you to everybody who came! We were overwhelmed by the amount of people who came to visit us! You really made it special for our residents!
We are already looking forward to next years event 😊😊

We hope you’ve all had spooktacular day!

We’ve had so much fun today, we had a lovely Halloween party here at The Elms 💃🏻🕺
We’ve played lots of fun games, including children dressing residents as mummies!
Children doing trick or treat, to our residents in their rooms! And lots of yummy food and cakes, made by our lovely chefs martin and sharon! And of course a Halloween piñata 🪅

Thank you everyone that came, and made our afternoon so special 😊😊
