Registered Nurse Prescriber with 33 years clinical experience and 15 of those in aesthetics. We offer competitive prices using only premium products.

Botulinum toxin (botox) is a prescription only medicine and therefore you must have a face to face consultation with a medical prescriber (doctor, dentist, nurse) each & every time you are treated. This ensures your toxin is being sourced from UK regulated pharmacies and not social media. New regulations are coming to support the above.

Never choose price over quality

I received a nasty message from a former patient who is now offering botox, telling me I should keep quiet, but I won’t, not where patient safety is concerned.

If you’re having botox, you MUST see a prescriber (nurse, doctor or dentist) face to face. If you don’t, then you’re either getting illegally imported botox or an unlicensed toxin.

If you see botox offered for £150 for three areas, then alarm bells need to ring. If you suspect it’s fake, report it.

Vitamin B12 injections 💉

Vitamin B12 from a registered nurse prescriber and therefore 100% assurance that it has been purchased from a UK registered pharmacy. There are so many fakes around, why risk your health. Vitamin B12 is a prescription only medicine, so if you don’t see a prescriber, you cannot be sure you’re getting the real thing.

Do you need Vitamin B12? How do you know if your levels are low? Ideally, you’ll have a blood test and if the results are below reference range, then your GP would provide replacement B12 on the NHS. However, many patients are symptomatic of low Vitamin B12 but their blood test results fall within reference range, but at the lower end. Therefore, not eligible for replacement B12 on the NHS

Following assessment of your symptoms, and if deemed appropriate, Vitamin B12 injections are available to you for just £40. If you have any questions, please just message me.

With so many aesthetics clinics opening up, how do you choose the right injector.

1) Currently the UK has a loophole in the law that means anyone can inject your face. It doesn’t mean it’s right or safe and regulation begins this year to sort this mess out. We are the only country where this is currently allowed, with some countries allowing only doctors to inject. Training ‘academies’ and I use that term loosely, are popping up everywhere. Trainers that have been injecting only a few months themselves, then teaching a ridiculous amount of content in just 1-2 days. None of the above makes a safe injector.

2) If you’re having botulinum toxin (botox), then there are only a few brands licensed in the UK and you MUST see a prescriber (Doctor, Dentist or Nurse) face to face. Anything else and alarm bells should be raised. 3 areas for anything less than £200 and you are very likely getting an unlicensed, illegally imported toxin.

3) There are plenty of cheap and nasty fillers out there costing as little as £10 a box. Make sure you do your research. High quality fillers are expensive but for good reason. They will have an excellent safety profile and the companies will provide the right support. Further, only a couple of fillers come in 0.5ml size. Some injectors are splitting syringes and sharing them. This is wrong and places your safety at risk.

Remember, you must always see a prescriber face to face when having a toxin (botox) treatment.

Good fillers and toxins cost more but they come from reputable pharmacies and not social media suppliers. There are around 6 toxins that the MHRA hasn’t licensed for use in this country. Make sure you’re not getting one of them.

Regulation is starting this year. Until then, choose your injector wisely. You have just one face.
