Reflexology can support you in your journey to reconnect with your body's natural balance - whether this is to achieve deeper relaxation, help with specific health concerns or emotional wellbeing

My aim is to provide a safe, calm, discreet and relaxing environment to understand your needs and create a bespoke and tailored treatment plan which includes getting to the root cause of any concerns or problems. The treatment plan will also suggest tools and techniques allowing you to take control and support your journey to health and wellness in the comfort of your own home.

I initially became interested in reflexology during my pregnancy when I received treatment for various pregnancy ailments and have first hand experience of the positive impact and amazing benefits reflexology can provide.

Two years later, I still continue to have regular treatments and truly believe my good health and wellness can be attributed to reflexology.

From my own experiences and having a greater understanding of reflexology, I decided to train to become a Reflexologist and am very passionate in supporting others through whatever health or other concerns they may have and helping them through their journey to positivity, wellness, comfort and better health.

I frequently attend forums, seminars and training courses to ensure my skills and knowledge remain up to date, together with widening my knowledge and furthering specialities I am able to offer.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, fully insured and have an Advanced DBS Check.
