Job Vacancy - Maintenance Handyperson - Immediate start

Required to carry out day to day maintenance and checks on the building, its services and grounds. To ensure that the home is maintained in a safe, efficient and functional order.

We require the candidate to have general maintenance knowledge/experience e.g electrical, plumbing, carpentry and decorating.

Desirable understanding of central heating, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, fire alarms and water systems. To aid the companies/contractors that maintain the building services and equipment.

Good communication skills and be a confident team player. Good basic education for record keeping. Physically fit and have a caring nature.

30-35 hours per week Monday to Friday. Times negotable.
