The truth is, it’s about so much more than weight loss. Every week I get to see people grow in confidence, achieve things they once thought were impossible and support each other through their journeys. Being part of a group as a member myself and now being a part of those moments for my members – the first half-stone, the target celebrations, the smiles – is incredibly special 🫶🏻.
