Did you know recurring neck tension can signal poor breathing patterns? You might be chest breathing all day. Switch to slow belly breathing for 5 mins—your nervous system will thank you. Here's how to do it:

1. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
2. Inhale slowly through your nose, letting your belly rise while your chest stays still.
3. Exhale gently through your mouth, allowing your belly to fall.
4. Continue for 3–5 minutes, breathing slowly and evenly, focusing on the rise and fall of your belly.
