Best timing for eating:

Breakfast: within 1–2 hours of waking

Lunch: your largest meal (around midday)

Dinner: lighter and finished 2–3 hours before bed

As night approaches, digestion slows and the body releases Melatonin, which makes late-night food harder to process.

Simple rule: Eat earlier in the day and avoid late-night meals

When Dr Stuart checks leg length, he’s looking for a functional imbalance caused by the pelvis or lower spine.

Here’s what’s happening:

Sometimes the joints in the lower back or pelvis become restricted. This can cause the pelvis to rotate slightly, which makes one leg appear shorter when you’re lying down.

After an adjustment to the lower back or pelvis, the joint begins to move properly again and the pelvis rebalances — so when the legs are checked again, they appear even.

It’s not that the bones of the leg changed length — it’s that the pelvis and muscles have returned to a more balanced position, allowing the body to function more normally.
