Join us for an afternoon of Meditation, Reiki and Sound Bath.

Settle in with some gentle breathwork to guide you into relaxation with an extended meditation.

Enjoy a sweet treat and hot drink, then gently rest back and be ‘bathed’ into a deeply restoring immersion of sound to invite you into peace and wholeness.

Reiki will be sprinkled throughout to bring you into healing rest.

Starting the afternoon with an uplifting flow, followed by a journaling practice whilst you sip on a cup of hot tea or cacao, finishing the afternoon with a beautiful guided meditation. During the afternoon you will also receive your own individual Reiki treatment.
