Meet our two newest members of the West View family! 👋

We’re delighted to welcome Gareth, our new Administrator, who has already settled in brilliantly. He’s also brought along his assistant, Stanley, who we’re sure you’ll all enjoy getting to know just as much.

On Sunday 15th March relatives are warmly invited to join us for a Mothering Sunday High Tea, featuring delicious cream teas and refreshments as we celebrate and appreciate the wonderful mothers or loved ones in our family.

🎉🎂 What a very special day here at West View as we celebrated Monica’s 100th birthday! 🎂🎉

The morning was filled with music from a pianist, who played some of Monica’s favourite songs. For lunch, Monica enjoyed her meal of choice – a delicious roast pork – and the celebrations continued into the afternoon with lots of fun party games.

December ❄️🦌🎄🎶🥧

December was a busy but joyful month. We had great fun decorating Christmas trees, creating wreaths and festive decorations, celebrating birthdays, and enjoying a variety of wonderful entertainment throughout the month.

In December we held a Christmas Coffee Morning. We were lucky to have the Songsters Choir sing for us which was enjoyed by all.... There was even some dancing!

We served mince pies, tea, coffee and mulled wine for our residents and guests whilst appreciating the music.

We raised £120 in aid of Young Lives Vs Cancer, Dementia Research UK and the Songsters.

We also want to thank everyone for their generous donations towards the raffle prizes! It was gratefully received and appreciated!

Thank you to everyone who attended.

On Friday 3rd December the staff at West View held a quiz night. Trevor and Jenny treated us to a Chinese buffet which was very much enjoyed and appreciated.

We raised £91 for Alzheimer's Research and we all had a great time too!
