“I just want peace and love.” My mate, October 2025.

The simplest reminders are often the most powerful, and they don’t need to come from poets or philosophers.

In a world that feels increasingly complex and busy, I was reminded (once again) of the importance of zooming out before zooming back in.

The world around us can pull us in all sorts of directions. But, we always have the choice to pause, reset, and realign our internal compass, whenever and wherever we choose.

Enjoy the journey this week.

💫 Autumn Glow Up 💫

Same service just some added comfort and luxe.

Last week was , and I spent the week doing what I love, a blend of reflexology treatments for the body and mind and coaching sessions for the mind and body.

Modern life is a lot. I find it a lot. My clients find it a lot.

Reflexology and coaching help us to find balance, to restore and most importantly, to return to ourselves.

Which would you like to try?

👋

September has already picked up a pace and to be honest, I’d love it to slow down a little already. My brain is full of work, ideas and fun plans. It is also full of worry and challenges. As is life.

But, last week, as I dropped my daughter off at school, I set a small intention for the season ahead: to look up and to be open.

To look up at the sky and the changing colours of nature.
To look up and be open to share a smile or a moment of connection.
To look up and stay open to possibility.

Because as autumn and winter draw in, connection can slip away with the light. I know how much connection sustains me and in that connection, answers and joy often bubble to the surface, reminding me that we really are not alone.

I’ll be taking them where I can. If you see me around, I invite you to join me. And if you see me buried in my phone, you have permission to challenge!

Both reflexology and coaching sessions are available over the month. The best for moments of self-connection. As always, booking link in the bio.

Wishing you all a gentle month ahead

🌟 I’m now an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) 🌟

Back in January, I set myself a big, stretchy goal, and wrote it in permanent marker on my vision board.

This week, that vision became real.

I'm officially an Associate Certified Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Why does this matter?

In a growing, unregulated industry, ICF credentials are a gold standard. They give my clients (and me) confidence that my practice is grounded in:

✔️ Ethical conduct
✔️ Rigorous professional standards
✔️ Deep, coach-specific training

This milestone represents some hard graft.

🎓 80+ hours of coach training
🧑‍💼 100+ hours coaching clients
🎯 10 hours of mentor coaching
🎥 A full performance evaluation of my coaching skills
🧠 A robust exam on ethics and real-life coaching scenarios

I’m feeling really proud to have achieved this milestone and an excited to see where it takes me next:) x

Jenny Sumner Reflexology

Established in June 2021, this business was born following a period of rapid change and disruption in my life. With two young children in tow, a house to run and a family to care for, my internal world shifted and was no longer aligned to how I was living on the outside. My corporate career, which I had loved for 15 years, was no longer where I wanted to be. It was time for change.

After reflexology supported me in returning to myself following a low post-partum period, I knew this was THE THING. Plus, I have always been told I have healing hands!

It was a shift from a career in PR & Comms, but the soft skills I needed for this job were perfectly suited for my career pivot.

I jumped into the world of reflexology, completing my initial training at The London School of Reflexology and immediately opened my business. I haven't looked back.

The power of this therapy astounds me daily. I have a FABULOUS roster of clients, many of them staying with me from the first year of business, and I am so proud to make a difference in my clients lives, what a thing to be able to say.

I have since completed further training in Women's Health with both Sally Egham and Hathar bagis, and complete regular CPD. I am a proud member for the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).

You can find me in my cabin at the bottom of my garden, a little santuary away from daily life. Testimonials are in my highlights reel and if you are not already converted, I encourage you to come and give it a try:)

💫 Reflexology and menopause 💫

Whilst chatting with a friend last week, and hearing in explicit detail the horror of her night sweats, I thought, I need to share more about reflexology and menopause symptoms.

I am not a menopause expert, nor do I claim to be.

But, I am a Menopause Reflexology specialist, and I have helped many women with their menopause symptoms.

With further training in ‘Reflexology for Women’s Health’ with Hagar Basis, and also a graduate of Sally Earlam’s ‘Reflexology for Menopause’ course, I know what I am doing when it bcomes to supporting your symptoms with reflexology, and it’s bloody powerful stuff.

As a coach, and fellow mid-life woman, I see you and I can comfortably hold space for you, with whatever might be coming up during this time.

If you know anyone struggling with hormonal imbalances, this is your nudge to consider reflexology as part of your tool kit. It has, and continues to work wonders for so many of my clients.

Let me support you.
