Our body should represent a river, not a swamp 🌊

There are so many ailments that are known to stem from a sluggish and poorly functioning lymphatic system, including:

💧Water retention
💧Decreased immune function
💧Recurring infections
💧Disturbed sleep
💧Fatigue, lie energy and exhaustion
💧Skin outbreaks and rashes
💧 Stiff joints and lower back aches
💧 Bloating and poor digestion
💧Difficulty I’m losing weight

The list goes on...

Just a single Body Ballancer lymphatic massage treatment will start to clear the buildup of waste and toxins responsible for many of these conditions, and regular weekly sessions will have a significant impact on overall health and well-being🏃🏽‍♀️

Anyone who knows me is aware of my Strictly obsession. That warm hug on a Saturday night leading up to Christmas. Watching people transform as they realise they are capable of so much more than they ever dreamed was possible if they just push past their fear. What an inspiration.

So I cried when the last series ended. I mean sobbed! It was just on a whole other level this year. I cried throughout the final and felt a mixture of elation and loss all at the same time when the final credits rolled.

I knew I would have to go to the live show for one last fix. And it didn’t disappoint. The whole night was pure joy but that dance.. it kills me!
To see and feel it live was just breathtaking.

I am in awe of you. Your courage, strength, determination, beauty and vitality are just a few of your qualities we can all learn from. Thank you 🙏❤️

Cosy vibes! 💫 🌓

I had the absolute pleasure of treating the gorgeous Lucy of last night to her treatment. She was the lucky winner of my Black Friday giveaway and we’ve only just been able to meet up post Christmas, Covid etc.

What a joy of an evening! We didn’t know each other. Our kids went to the same school but different years. I’d seen her often in the playground at drop off and thought she looked so cool. I could see she was a lovely, friendly person but self doubt told me who the hell was I to ever say hi or think we could chat. She would not want to be my friend.

Turns out she felt the same about me! But we found that out 6 years down the line when we could have been mates all that time.

Why do we doubt ourselves? Why does ego keep us small and stop us just reaching out when our instinct tells us otherwise? Fear of rejection? Is it a female thing? Maybe not.

As it happened, Lucy’s cosy one hour treatment turned into a three and a half hour chat!! Who knew we’d have so much in common?!

Next time, just say hi.

Happy Friday lovely people 💕

So today is mammogram day.. and that’s cool. Having them twice a year at the moment and I’m beyond grateful that I live in a country where this is possible for me.

But I still get flashbacks when I’m in the hospital being prodded and poked, wondering what they’ll find, even though it’s all for my own good. It’s so important but I really don’t look forward to it.

So.. f**k it I thought and off we went to Bristol for an amazing, carefree weekend full of love and laughter. It’s such a magical place, full of history, beauty and a laid back vibe.

Being spontaneous is so good for the soul. I always thought holidays and breaks should be something you booked way in advance and looked forward to them as you trudged through day to day life. But it’s not like that now is it? We don’t know if we’ll be ‘allowed’ to travel and we don’t know what’s round the corner, for many reasons.

So here’s to living for the day, feeling joy and just f**king doing it!

Happy Monday 💕💕💕

So that walk this morning was a game changer. My walk yesterday was a game changer. Every day I go out in nature and walk is a game changer. I just have to show up.

Today we talked about why some days we are so overflowing with gratitude we could burst and other days we just feel s**t.

The trick is to find your game changer. I often wake up feeling very low. Have done for years. I have found a lot that helps me (more on those soon), but my non-negotiable is to get out there, breathe deeply, walk and get back to the happy place in my head all over again. Every day. Because we are humans who are meant to feel the highs and lows. We will never be ‘fixed’ and that’s it. We just need to keep doing what works for us and be grateful for every tiny blessing.

What’s your game changer?

Have a great day ###
