People come to therapy for many reasons; you may be feeling low or worried about something in your life, there may be a specific issue or decision you wish to explore, a life event which has impacted you, or an ongoing conflict you wish to resolve. Whatever your reason for getting in touch, Clare's aim is to provide every client with a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore, make sense of, and process whatever has been going on in your life.

Over a number of sessions (which varies depending on your needs) the aim is that together we will help you to gain insight and understanding about your personal situation and to explore whether there are any positive changes you could make moving forwards. I come from a psychodynamic training.

The Breastfeeding Cafe is a lovely space to practise breastfeeding out and about and have a chat with other mums.🌸

Cathy will be available for you to discuss any feeding issues. Unfortunately, we are NOT able to provide tongue tie/function assessments during the session. This is because more time is required to assess and discuss appropriately. 🌸

All are welcome, whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding, at any stage of your feeding journey.🌸

A new six weeks Pregnancy Yoga course begins next week on Monday 16th of February.

Come and join your local Pregnancy Yoga group.

We meet up every Monday 6:30 7:30 pm.
This class which is especially designed for pregnancy is a complete yoga practice consisting of warmup, postures movement,, breathing relaxation and meditations, visualisations, positive intentions statements and much more.

Classes are held at Carmenta Life in Berkhamsted.

We have just 2 spaces left available on our next Baby & Child First Aid Course , these are aimed at giving learners the skills confidence and knowledge to recognise and treat medical emergencies.
Course content includes:

Non moving babies are welcome and the instructor will allow for feeding breaks.
