The 3 core wounds are Abandonment, Shame & Betrayal. And if you’re struggling with emotional blocks & triggers or you’re feeling stuck in your relationships, life or business, it’s likely there is a younger version of you who struggles with one or more of these wounds.

The event that caused the wound could be big or small; in fact you may not even remember it. And knowing WHY something happened isn’t enough. You need to heal the subconscious IN the subconscious, in the time and space that it happened.

Using Timeline Healing, I take my clients on a journey to find and heal their inner child. So they can transform their present and expand the possibilities for their future.

These sessions are at the core of all transformative work and are usually only available as part of my 1:1 packages. But for a limited time I’m offering Inner Child Healing as a stand alone offering.

This includes a 90 minute session of subconscious and somatic transformation. Your opportunity to heal tender wounds and create a new narrative, where you are no longer a victim of your past.
PLUS: A follow up call and a consolidation recording for continued growth and transformation.

Safety is the antidote to fear.

Fear shows it’s self as:
Shame, judgement, anger, overwhelm, resentment and disengagement.

Healing your relationship to your past changes your perspective and rewires your beliefs around what is safe and what is possible.

When you feel safe in your body your dreams become obvious and the path becomes clear.

Feeling safe in your body is your right.

Safety is an instrument for growth.

It’s like digging out the splinter that’s been embedded in the sole of your foot.

Yes, you can probably hobble around without fixing it. Maybe change the way you walk so you don’t notice it as much?

And it can sometimes get messy before it gets better...

But getting that damn splinter out will be the best thing you ever did!

Now I like organisation as much as the next person (hello virgo moon 👋 ) But I’ve decided I’m done putting everything in to boxes. OK, hear me out…

We humans love a box, whether it’s a house, a cubicle or a lovely stackable one with a click down lid, life is full of them. They keep us organised, orderly, on the straight and narrow.

I mean, we’re put in to boxes as soon as we’re born. Gender, race, socio-economic background.

Then it’s developmental stages; how soon did you walk? Talk? Which maths group are you in? Can you play sport? Did you go to University? What are your religious beliefs? Political?

And on and on it goes…

This doesn’t even take in to account the boxes subconsciously created for us by family, friends and our community.

I’ve recently felt called to change aspects of my life and business, but even as a coach with tools to help me, I’ve been struggling. It seemed like every time I had an idea, I’d start to move forward and I kept bumping in to a wall…so I’d turn around and trdifferent approach, take a few steps and BUMP another wall. I kept doing this over and over again until I realised; I was locked in a box that I had put myself in.

Somewhere along the way my subconscious had said: “Ok Becca, this is who you are, and this is what you do…don’t f-ck it up!”

As soon as I realised tclaustrophobic, I got agitated and frustrated. The box was why I was feeling so stuck. And I started to wonder; what would life be like OUTSIDE of this box…

What would I say, ’yes’ to if my box didn’t exist?

What new things would I try?

How would my relationships change?

What opportunities might show up?

How different would my days, months, year be if I allowed myself to be more flexible, agile, fluid?

I am dismantling my box. Brick by brick. I’m learning that it’s ok to not have those walls around me. Because those walls weren’t just keeping me safe, they were keeping the bigness of life out. I’m allowing myself to be stretchy and messy. And it feels exhilarating!

Where have you created your own box? And what would you do if those walls didn’t exist?

You’d be forgiven for thinking it, but Hypnotherapy is so much more than a tool to help you give up smoking or lose weight.

👁It has the power to change how you feel about your past and how you show up in your future. 👁It has the power to heal you inner child and heal old wounds. 👁It has the power to make you believe in yourself and the prospect of a limitless life.

I talk often about being embodied. About how what goes on in your body is as important (if not more) than what’s going on in your head. What I love about hypnosis is I’m able to influence BOTH those areas with the words I use. Helping you process your thoughts in your mind and feel the changes in your body.

It’s magical stuff!✨

If you’ve been feeling stuck, and you’re looking for a tool that can help you make big changes, this could be the answer.

Whether it’s as light hearted as a new job or hobby, or as deep as leaving a relationship or navigating the menopause; change can feel like we’re shedding an old skin to reveal the new us underneath.

The problem is we often rush ourselves to get through the transition, to be at the end point as quickly as possible.

But the shedding of the skin is where a lot of the lessons are. It’s where we find out what we’re made of.

It’s the time to go inwards, to journal, to reflect, to study what makes us tick and to make ourselves a priority.

Because the more we understand about ourselves the better we are at understanding what we need to be happy.

Sometimes something can happen in our life that makes us think things will never be the same again…

Sometimes we can be so affected by a trauma, a loss, or a significant event that it leaves a mark; an imprint on our mind and our nervous system.

And even though years may have gone by and we feel like we’re stuck with this new version of ourselves, I want to tell you there is always a possibility for change.

It’s important to realise that these events don't only affect how we feel in ourselves, in the quiet moments when we relive the pain. They also change our ability to communicate with others, our ability to form relationships, to run businesses, to dream big.

Because once our nervous system is primed for fight, flight or freeze and our mind has been ‘set’ to fear the unknown, it can be really hard to get out of that new ‘programming’ - even if it was years ago.

But I want you to know, it IS possible to change.

It is possible to once again look forward to a future where you may not know what’s ahead, but you no longer choose to keep your world small and safe so as not to trigger your anxiety and fear.

In fact once you come out the other side and you realise what you are capable of…you will feel invincible! 💪🏽

Mindset + Somatics = Magic!💫
