I’m really pleased to now be offering in-person therapy sessions from a new location at Tring Therapy on the High Street.

This sits alongside my in-person work at Carmenta Life in Berkhamsted, as well as online sessions available to clients anywhere in the UK.

Working face-to-face can offer a calm, contained space away from the distractions of everyday life which many people find really valuable when beginning or returning to therapy.

I’m now opening up availability for new clients.

I went to the dentist recently convinced I had a problem with a tooth.

There was nothing wrong with it. It was tension in my jaw.

He asked if I was stressed — and interestingly, I didn’t feel it.

But when I looked at what’s been happening around me (home renovations, disruption, change), it made me realise:

The body often registers what the mind hasn’t yet named.

💛 Opening Space for New Therapy Clients 💛

Over the past few months I’ve been refining my practice and creating a clearer space for the work I feel most called to offer.

This week I’m opening my diary to welcome a small number of new therapy clients.

Many of the people I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed, navigating life transitions, or noticing patterns in their lives that they’re ready to explore more deeply. Often there is a quiet sense that something within them is asking to be understood, even if they can’t quite name it yet.

Through integrative psychotherapy and hypnotherapy — and, where it feels appropriate, deeper soul-oriented exploration — I offer a grounded, confidential space where we can slow things down, listen inwardly, and gently begin to understand what is really happening beneath the surface.

The Ember Circle is a small, 9-week group journey for people who feel in a season of change, questioning, or quiet awakening - and want a grounded, supportive space to reconnect with themselves.

This isn’t about fixing or becoming someone new.
It’s about slowing down, listening inward, and finding steadiness again, with others walking a similar path.

Inside the Circle, we’ll explore:
⭐️Reconnecting with yourself and understanding your inner patterns
⭐️Grounding in the body and calming the nervous system
⭐️Learning to trust your inner guidance without bypassing real life
