These Mamas are taking a moment To Be with themselves and their baby’s, nothing is expected of them other than to bring awareness of their inner world checking in to how they are feeling, as well as checking in and attending to their babies too.

Allowing, acceptance, love and being compassionate to oneself through relaxation and meditation sends signal to the brain and leads to a healthy emotional regulation. Positive hormones such oxytocin’s the hormone of love and dopamine the feel good hormone flood into the brain sending those lovely feel good messages to the body. When mother’s have the opportunity to practise this self care we bring positive energy into our whole body and mind
