Changing Minds Psychological Services LLP Provides CBT and other evidence-based psychological therapies for depression, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD and relationship problems

We are a specialist psychological therapy service offering assessments and a range of talking therapies. We provide therapy for difficulties including depression, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD, grief, work and relationship problems. Both partners are Consultant Clinical Psychologists registered with the HPCP and BPS, each with over 15 years experience within the NHS. Our affiliate therapists all have considerable experience in the NHS and all are registered with the appropriate professional bodies. Changing Minds offers Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), counselling, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Family Therapy. Our initial assessment fee is £150. Therapy sessions range in price from £40 to £120 depending on the type of therapy required. Some therapies are available via telephone or Skype.
