At Jayex, we believe communication is key in providing a quality service. We proactively engage with practice managers, local IT Teams, and Project /Operations teams to ensure an install which meets all local requirements.

On the day of install, your surgery will be assigned a dedicated technical operations engineer to ensure your services are installed and configured smoothly. This is followed by a 2-week grace period where any teething issues that may appear are picked up by the same technical operations engineer.

You will then be contacted by our Service Delivery Manager, Mhairi Gilfillan, as you pass into our Business-as-Usual Support service after install. From here, anytime you raise a ticket with Jayex you will be engaging with our dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Team.
