Our Beltane event was an invitation to step into the energies which begin to welcome us from the South 🌸🔥

Together, we experienced 3 beautiful heart-awakening practices. We honoured our bodies blooming in their own unique way during a guided meditation, followed by a bathe in primal sounds as we softened into the rising fire of creation. Finished with a delicious home-brewed Rose tea & oracles ☕️🌸

Today I was invited as a guest speaker at our local Lung Health Support Group, voluntarily ran by wonderfully caring people.

We spoke about the importance of listening to our bodies when they speak & then guided everyone on a gentle meditation to touch on reconnecting their mind with body 🧠🫁💫
