Are you tired of being in the house with the bad weather? Come and see us tomorrow for some soup, a coffee and a chat!

We are open for the Community between 11am and 3pm. Parking is available at the rear of the building and there is a bus stop conveniently located close to the entrance.

Yesterday was our first day back after the Christmas break and it was wonderful to see everyone reconnect after the holidays and catch up on the fun times they had with their families.

Our winter transport protocol has kicked in with all the snow and ice and we managed to get everyone to the centre, and home, safe and warm!

Lots of old favourites yesterday to ease our clients back in! Boccia, Dominoes, Bucket Pong, Play Your Cards Right and Word Games.

Lunch was a delicious mince and potatoes followed by fruit strudel and custard, homemade by the ladies at Northern View.

A great start to the New Year!

Wishing everyone a Happy New Year from everyone at Tweed Connections!

We are so grateful for the trust and support given to our new venture in 2025 and are super excited to see what the future brings!

Day care reopens after the Christmas break on Monday and our Drop In will be back next Thursday. We hope our clients have had a wonderful time with their families during the festivities.

Thank you everyone who joined us at our Family and Friends Get Together on Friday. We had a lovely afternoon meeting all the lovely people we hear about from our clients! Spouses, Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Siblings. It was an absolute pleasure!

This morning we would like to say the biggest thank you to Ashley Neilson Mcknight who held a raffle in aid of Tweed Connections and raised an incredible £309.

The raffle was held in honour of her late father, Jimmy, who was one of our wonderful clients and brought so much warmth and humour to the group. Missed by us all.
