Mindful Eating drop-in sessions
Tuesdays, 7-8pm - ONLINE.
Last year we ran two successful Mindful Eating courses, which helped people change habits so they felt better physically and mentally. As we've been asked for ongoing weekly sessions, we're pleased to be starting a Tuesday evening, online support group.
This for people who want to improve their relationship to food and eating. It would be great if you can share this with anyone who might be interested.
Are you fed up of yo-yo dieting, comfort, stress or binge eating?
Would you like to find more peace and joy with food, at the same time as eat in a way that helps you feel good in yourself?
Our online support group offers a new approach, involving mindfulness and being kind to ourselves.
Each week we explore different aspects of our relationship to food.
You can try different techniques to help you eat in a way that makes you feel happy, calm and well.

Numbers are limited as we want to keep the group small.
Sessions cost from £4, and free for people on low incomes.
