I am a fully qualified aromatherapist as well as being fully trained in various types of massage, making this treatment very different from a regular aromatherapy massage where pre-blended oils may be used.
Each 60 minute massage is tailored to meet your individual needs and following a short consultation, I will create a blend of pure essential oils, with a high quality carrier oil, specially for you. A combination of massage techniques will be used with your blend of oils to help relieve muscular aches and tension, boost your circulation, cleanse and detoxify your lymph system, improving your overall mental and physical well-being. The result is an hour of deep relaxation.
